{"id":2559,"date":"2020-01-05T19:31:05","date_gmt":"2020-01-05T18:31:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/schlossinsellauf.de\/?p=2559"},"modified":"2020-01-05T19:31:05","modified_gmt":"2020-01-05T18:31:05","slug":"happy-new-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/schlossinsellauf.de\/index.php\/2020\/01\/05\/happy-new-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy New Year!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Happy New Year!<\/strong> Das dachte sich wohl auch die Sonne an Neujahr und lud zu einem entspannten L\u00e4ufchen im Gr\u00fcnen ein.<\/p>\n<p>Wer sich also als Vorsatz zum neuen Jahr mehr Bewegung vornahm, wurde bereits am 01.01. f\u00f6rmlich zur Umsetzung gezwungen. Und so schn\u00fcrte auch ich heute meine Laufschuhe und dachte bei einem Sonnenl\u00e4ufchen dar\u00fcber nach, was unsere Vors\u00e4tze f\u00fcr das neue Jahr sind. K\u00f6nnen wir als Leiter der Lauf-AG und Organisatoren des Schlossinsellaufes etwas verbessern? Die Ziele und Intentionen erweitern? Oder sollten wir einfach an Erfolge aus dem vergangenen Jahr ankn\u00fcpfen und das Leistungsniveau halten?<\/p>\n<p>Schauen wir auf 2019 zur\u00fcck, w\u00e4re es auf den ersten Blick fast anma\u00dfend, noch mehr von dem Jahr 2020 verlangen zu wollen. So konnten wir nicht nur eine bombastische 2. Auflage des Schlossinsellaufes im Juni 2019 feiern, wo wir nur hoffen k\u00f6nnen, dass 2020 mindestens genauso stimmungs- und teilnehmerstark von statten geht, sondern auch im Dezember die Erfolge Erwachsenenlaufgruppe der Evangelischen Grundschule belegten Pl\u00e4tze bei der diesj\u00e4hrigen Gesamtwertung. Familie Felsmann beispielsweise hat in dem letzten Jahr besonders der Ehrgeiz gepackt und so wurde nicht nur kleine Henriette regelm\u00e4\u00dfig ins Rennen geschickt, sondern auch Mama und der gro\u00dfe Bruder waren st\u00e4ndige und zuverl\u00e4ssige Begleiter wie auch Teilnehmer bei jedem Wettbewerb. Zur Belohnung gab es f\u00fcr Henriette gleich den 2. Platz in der Gesamtwertung.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn wir gerade bei dem Thema der zuverl\u00e4ssigen Begleiter sind, muss an dieser Stelle r\u00fcckblickend auch mit gro\u00dfer Dankbarkeit an Familie Bartel, Familie Metz, Familie Wolff, Familie Dillan und Familie Wyrsch gedacht werden. Wenn ihre damaligen Vors\u00e4tze f\u00fcr das Jahr 2019 mehr Bewegung und mehr Engagement waren, haben sie diese nicht nur optimal umgesetzt, sondern einen Grad erreicht, der eigentlich keine Steigerung mehr zul\u00e4sst. Stets zuverl\u00e4ssig, helfend, motivierend und einfach immer mit dem n\u00f6tigen Elan waren sie nicht nur unverzichtbare Helfer des Schlossinsellaufes, sondern auch bei nahezu jeder Laufveranstaltung des Cups dabei. Belohnt wurde dieser Einsatz insbesondere f\u00fcr Charlotte Dillan, Shona Metz, Pascal Wyrsch, Helene Bartel und Carl Friedrich Wolf mit einem grandiosen 2. und 3. Platz in den jeweiligen Altersklassen.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Training dieser wunderbaren Kinder unterst\u00fctzte uns im vergangenen Jahr als neue Trainerin Kathrin Tappert. So konnten wir nicht nur Beruf und Ehrenamt besser unter einen Hut bringen, sondern auch den Kindern ein noch umfassenderes Trainingsangebot liefern. Der Schlossinsellauf konnte nahezu eine Verdopplung seiner Teilnehmerzahl verzeichnen und ist mittlerweile zu einer festen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der regionalen Sportveranstaltungen gewachsen. Was wollen wir also eigentlich noch mehr? Bei dieser Frage musste ich an den Kopf unserer Laufgemeinde denken, welcher sich als gro\u00dfes Ziel f\u00fcr 2019 einen Marathon mit einem festen Zeitlimit vornahm. Er trainierte, er verzichtete und er hatte jegliche Motivation, die man sich f\u00fcr einen guten Vorsatz nur w\u00fcnschen kann.<\/p>\n<p>Doch all dies zerplatzte mit einer b\u00f6sen Grippe eine Woche vor dem Wettbewerb. Was w\u00fcnsche ich mir also f\u00fcr uns, euch und eure Vors\u00e4tze? Ich w\u00fcnsche mir Gesundheit. Gesundheit, die es uns erm\u00f6glicht, Ziele, Tr\u00e4ume und Projekte umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen. Jedes Projekt, jedes Training, jeder Wettkampf\u2026alles steht und f\u00e4llt mit der Gesundheit eines jeden einzelnen Teilnehmers, Helfers und Organisators. Wenn wir gesund sind, kommt die Motivation und der Ehrgeiz, Gro\u00dfartiges zu erreichen, von ganz allein. Nat\u00fcrlich habe ich, wie auch meine Mitstreiter wieder das Ziel, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu Laufen, so viele Wettk\u00e4mpfe mitzunehmen wie m\u00f6glich und den Schlossinsellauf noch besser und anspruchsvoller zu gestalten aber ich denke, ich kommenden Jahr an erster Stelle an meine Gesundheit und die meiner Liebsten.<\/p>\n<p>Ich bin dankbar, dass wir unsere Vors\u00e4tze f\u00fcr 2019 nahezu vollst\u00e4ndig umsetzen konnten und m\u00f6chte 2020 an diese mit dem Zusatz ankn\u00fcpfen, stets daran zu denken, dass wir nur mit Gesundheit auch das kommende Jahr zu einem erfolgreichen
